When the Process Owner Wants to Revise Her Process

If you have a "Workflow for Revising Workflows," you will have easy access to all the suggestions previously made on each workflow you manage. And this should probably include your own earnest improvements as well as suggestions made by others. These are your BPM records.

 This can be achieved simply by letting the process owner start the process from the second task (2. Decide Direction of Revision).

One step further... many companies like to encourage discussions by sending auto-emails to the department's electronic mailing list every time a comment is made (below workflow).
