Sometimes We Want One Peer Review; Sometimes We Want Two

You remember your colleague saying that he'd go ahead and finish the draft for that pending case.... but where is it? When someone takes charge of a job, it's better if he/she decides at least the title immediately (task 1. Draft Summary). And once the draft is complete, he/she can specify the person in charge of the peer review (task 2. Draft Document).




Sometimes you have a document that you need checked by both experienced veteran and innovative youngster. When you want a workflow to go through two flows only when necessary, you can use an inclusive "OR" split (the gateway with a circle). This makes it difficult to loop back to task 2 (Draft Summary). There are any number of ways to define a workflow, but this time let's make one that is easy to understand.
