How to Monitor the Occurence of Irregular Cases

The other day we introduced how to Send Reminder Emails Without Fail.
Yes, it's good practice to send reminder emails to applicants the day before events. But in every world exceptions will exist. There are sometimes customers that cannot participate because of unavoidable causes, or reasons why you just cannot send that thank you note.




For these cases we can define a workflow that allows you to skip steps, and afterward calculate the ratio of these "exceptional" cases.
