Adding General Affair's Hopes in Application Forms

Process owners of expense report workflows might have to assume that expense reports sometimes must be submitted by proxy (Task 1. Report Expense). Although they may understand how busy sales staff and managers are, they will still want them to at least try to submit the reports themselves.

When this sort of complicated feeling exists, we suggest adding a cautionary note.(Spin-off of "How an Application Form Should Look (Expense Report Sample)")

Furthermore, adding necessary communications and cautionary points (company rules, etc.) in each task screen will help the workflow's smooth sailing.
