How to Inconvenience the Guy Who Always Forgets His Password

We all forget many insignificant details each day - including, unfortunately, passwords. I'm sure there are about fifty thousand administrative staff out their who are constantly lamenting, "Please, NOT another forgotten password."

When you don't have the option of publicly embarrassing the offender by sticking a post-it on his/her forehead, give this workflow a try.

When you forget your password you cannot sign in, so you will have to recruit a colleague's assistance.

For employees who are too embarrassed to admit they forgot their password AGAIN, a webform that can be accessed by all employees and that sends an application to the administrative office can be useful.

On a final note, this allows anonymous submitting, so it is actually the same flow as a "Report sexual harassment anonymously" process.
